New Season off to a Flying Start at Rotherham
On 20th September 2015, over 50 swimmers from York City Baths Club travelled to Ponds Forge, Sheffield, for the Rotherham Metro Graded Short Course Meet. They competed against 27 other clubs, and won 78 medals and 4 speeding tickets between them. Ten swimmers also achieved new ASANER qualifying times. (more…)
Emma Wills is Victorious at the ASA Masters Open Water Championships
Emma Wills was victorious at the ASA National Masters Open Water Championships, held at Rother Valley Country Park, Sheffield, on the 2nd August 2015. Emma won the 35 to 39 years age group 3km swim and finished as the third fastest female overall in a time of 42 minutes and 32 seconds. (more…)
National Squad Training Camp, Calella, Northern Spain
Sixteen swimmers from York City Baths Club’s National Squad and two coaches, Mark Sheldrick and Anna Nicholson, are attending a parent inspired and organised training camp at the Crol Centre, Calella, Northern Spain, between Saturday 29th August 2015 and Saturday 5th September 2015. (more…)

The 2015 British Summer Championships, the 2015 ASA English National Summer Championships and the 2015 ASA Open Water National Championships brought a long, hard 2014/2015 season to a close. YCBC were represented by six swimmers who were a credit the Club!

YCBC Confirm Josh Spencer As Head Coach For The Start Of The 2015 / 2016 Season

Jason Robson Stars at the ASANER Age Group Championships
The 2015 ASANER Age Group Championships took place over two weekends in June. YCBC was represented by a group of seven swimmers: Ella Fisher (1 swim); Beth Gibbons (4 Swims); Emily Robson (4 swims); Jason Robson (12 swims); Genna Suddes (1 swim); Neola Thorpe (4 swims); and Abi Young (1 swim).

Big Medal Haul for YCBC at the Rotherham Level 3 Graded Short Course Meet
Over the weekend of 18th/19th July 2015, York City Baths Club was represented by a squad of over forty swimmers at the Rotherham Metro Level 3 Graded Short Course Meet, held at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.
