It is with great sadness that YCBC has reported the passing of our Vice President Pat Baxter on the morning Wednesday 12th July, after a short illness. Always cheerful, Pat has been involved with YCBC for just under 80 years in various capacities.

YCBC is proud to announces that number of our swimmers have sucessfully qualified for the British Summer Championships between the 25th – 30h July, the English National Summer meet between 2nd – 6th August and the National Open water championships. Qualification for all these championships is based solely on times swam throughout the season.

Whilst competing at the recent Bridlington Swimming Club ‘Seaside Special’ A/B/C Graded Meet, Nathan broke the GB Deaf Record for 11 & Unders 50m breaststroke. Nathan had an amazing swim, producing a new record time of 51.19 seconds.
