There will be some alterations to our Squad Timetable with effect from the week commencing 4th June 2023.

Changes at The Mount Pool mean that that the pool will no longer be available to YCBC for the provision of swimming lessons. In addition, the pool will be closed for maintenance throughout July, impacting our lessons. As a result of these changes, our Tuesday evening swimming lessons will be re-locating to St Peter’s School Pool from early June onwards.

With no additional pool time available at suitable times, the Committee and coaches have made some changes to our Timetable to accommodate all groups with as few changes as possible.

A copy of the new timetable is available here, and the changes are summarised below:

Regional Squad

The Friday evening session will run from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Yearsley Pool.

County Squad

The Tuesday evening session will run from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Yearsley Pool (NOT at St Peter’s Pool).

Development Squad

The Friday evening session will run from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Yearsley Pool.

Junior Club Squad

There will be no Tuesday evening session for the squad.
Instead, the squad will swim on Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Yearsley Pool.
The swim session will be followed by a Land Training session on the balcony from 6:35pm to 7:05pm – swimmers should quickly dry off after their swim, and then join Dave on the balcony for their land training session. They should bring shorts/leggings and a t-shirt for this, and should take their drinks up with them.
