YCBC swimmers ended their final training session of the season with a very special guest.

England International swimmer – and Commonwealth Gold medal winner, lest we forget – James Wilby, now studying at Loughborough University but still a member of YCBC, paid the club a visit and was more than happy for our younger swimmers (and Anna Nicholson too!) to catch that so important photo opportunity.

We enjoyed James’ performances at Tollcross, both in the water and in front of camera and microphone and hope this is just the beginning of the next stage of his swimming journey.

The club is delighted to recognise James as the latest YCBC swimmer to gain National honours.
