York City Baths Club hosted their Annual Regional Qualifier Meet, at Ennerdale Leisure Centre, Hull on 1st/2nd November 2014.
It was ideal opportunity for competitors to gain converted Regional and County qualifying times (QTs), with the top 3 in each gender/age group and 50m Open events collecting a trophy for their accomplishments in the pool.
YCBC took a squad of 61 swimmers, comprising entrants from all four of their training squads. Inspirational individual performances were complemented by the more experienced competitors sharing their knowledge and experience with the unseasoned youngsters in their midst, provoking a united team spirit.
